Terms & Conditions for "Clickmen™ Social"
Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using Clickmen™ Social, a social media marketing platform provided by Clickmen™. These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the Platform, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account.
Platform Usage: a. You may use the Platform solely for your own lawful business purposes and in compliance with these Terms, applicable laws, and regulations. b. You agree not to use the Platform to engage in any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities, or for any purpose that violates the rights of others. c. You acknowledge that the Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and Clickmen™ does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform.
User Content: a. The Platform allows you to post, upload, or transmit content, including text, images, videos, and links ("User Content"). You retain all ownership rights in your User Content. b. By posting User Content on the Platform, you grant Clickmen™ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display your User Content for the purpose of providing and promoting the Platform. c. You are solely responsible for your User Content and any consequences arising from its publication. Clickmen™ does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of User Content.
Intellectual Property Rights: a. Clickmen™ owns all intellectual property rights related to the Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets. b. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Platform or its content unless expressly authorized by Clickmen™ in writing.
Privacy: a. Clickmen™ collects, stores, and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information. b. Clickmen™ may use cookies or similar technologies to enhance your user experience. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
Termination: Clickmen™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.
Limitation of Liability: a. Clickmen™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use or inability to use the Platform. b. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clickmen™'s total liability for any claim arising from or relating to the Platform shall be limited to the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Platform.
Modification of Terms: Clickmen™ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Clickmen™ regarding the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
