People are drunk at 1am &#8211; and they&#8217;re super-drunk at 3am.<!-- --><\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-eb7bd5f6-0 fYAfXe\">\u201cOne of the problems we have is, at 3am it&#8217;s like madness. But if you expand the hours, there\u2019s less problems, less demand for security,\u201d he explains.<!-- --><\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-eb7bd5f6-0 fYAfXe\">Ms Alneus agrees.
