Harborfest is open from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. on Thursday, 10 a.m. to midnight on Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday. Festivities happen at Breitbeck Park, East Park and the Cahill Pier.
