American Masai Russell wins gold in girls’s 100-meter hurdles



Masai Russell took a web page out of Noah Lyles’ e-book on Saturday on the Paris Olympics and gained the ladies’s 100-meter hurdles by a torso.

Russell defeated Cyrena Samba-Mayela by one one-hundredth of a second to get again on the rostrum Russell crossed the road at 12.33 and Samba-Mayela completed with a 12.34.

Puerto Rico’s Jasmine Camacho-Qunn gained bronze.
